Vantion S60 Single-channel Ion Chromatograph

The WESTINGAREA Vantion S60 is a compact, single-channel benchtop ion chromatograph tailored for small-to-mid sized laboratories, third-party testing facilities, teaching labs and field-deployed bench testing. The S60 integrates an on-board electrolytic eluent generator, auto-range conductivity detection, vacuum degassing with gas–liquid separation, and real-time consumable / leak / pressure monitoring. It balances analytical performance, ease of use and low maintenance cost for routine anion or cation analysis in environmental, food, and general water quality testing.

· On-demand eluent generation — built-in electrolytic generator for KOH/NaOH/LiOH/MSA (isocratic & gradient) eliminates manual reagent preparation and reduces contamination risk.

· Wide-range auto-ranging detector — automatic conductivity range switching covers trace to bulk concentrations, minimizing manual adjustments.· Robust degassing & bubble removal — vacuum degasser (≈ −70 kPa) plus gas–liquid separator yields ~90% degassing efficiency at 1.0 mL/min, stabilizing baselines and improving repeatability.

· Low-dead-volume, self-regenerating suppressor — electrolytic micro-membrane suppressor requires no external regenerant; very small dead volume improves sensitivity.

· High-precision, low-pulsation pumping — tandem piston pump provides stable flow up to 42 MPa with excellent flow accuracy and low pulsation.

· Comprehensive system protection — integrated alarms and safeguards for leaks, pressure, reagent levels and automated start/preheat sequences for reliable operation.
