It can simultaneously treat up to 8 samples in sealed tubes, preventing cross-contamination. Ultrasound is delivered through the module base into closed tubes, while an integrated semiconductor cooling unit maintains low temperatures throughout, preserving the activity of target materials like proteins and nucleic acids. Suitable for lysing cells, bacteria, and organelles, it is ideal for pre-processing samples for nucleic acid amplification, probe hybridization, and intracellular component extraction. The treated samples are ready for direct use in downstream experiments.
